Richard Hajj’s jewels do not require any special maintenance, they all guarantee durability over time.

Silver may gradually turn yellow on contact with air when not worn for a long time. It can easily be cleaned with soapy water to restore its original shine and color.

Acrylic acetate is a dense and flexible material in the family of polymers. We buy it in blocks, already colored and textured, so the color is not an appliqué. It is a resistant material, waterproof and weatherproof.

These acrylic blocks can be machined and sculpted with tools designed for woodworking, the collages and assemblies are made with waterproof glues. In the silver collection, for rings and necklaces, in addition to the collages, rivets secure the acrylic acetate pieces in the silver cavities.

Each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and carefully examined before it comes into your possession. If you happen to find a manufacturing defect, contact me without delay to take advantage of our warranty. Jewels purchased online are guaranteed for 3 months, with proof of purchase and supporting photos, if they are defective (mechanism and fasteners).

Shipping is free in Canada through Canada Post.

Richard Hajj has different points of sale, but the inventories are managed independently, so it is not possible to place an order.

Online orders

Yes. As each piece of jewelry is unique, it is possible to have variations of different colors or shapes that are not on the online site. You can make a special request by contacting the artisan who can send you a photo of the jewelry on request. When possible, we will be happy to apply your special requests.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal , Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro. Ordered gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for using them on the site. There is no additional charge for the card. A gift card is valid for life.

No, you are not required to create an account to buy online. You can use the “buy as a guest” option without problems.

Yes. The www.richardhajj.com site is hosted on an SSL-secured server, which means that all the data you transmit to us online is encrypted and completely protected. Even if you pay by credit card, you will need to provide your card number with each purchase. As an additional security measure, no confidential data will be stored on our server.

Richard Hajj accepts returns within 20 days of the date of purchase. The item must be returned in perfect condition. Transport and shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are made upon receipt of goods. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is complete and you have been refunded. All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Richard Hajj reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the goods do not meet our return policy. Richard Hajj is not responsible for packages lost or if the customer enters the wrong address.

A gift receipt is proof of purchase, with your gift card, you can obtain an exchange or a credit note, but not a refund. Do not hesitate to contact us in case of doubt or particular situation.
